Service Advisor at Fargo

Our client is seeking a Service Advisor in Fargo, North Dakota (ND).

Responsibilities:

• Provide credit card customers with account information, respond to customer inquiries, proactively assess customer needs and recommend additional products and services.


• Other responsibilities include resolving or referring billing disputes, responding to fee and finance charge questions, completing account maintenance, acting on lost or stolen cards and meeting monthly product referral goals.

• Currently seeking enthusiastic, service minded professionals


• The equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma (Required)


• Previous customer service experience (Desired)


• Previous call center experience (Nice to have)


• Good PC skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation (Required)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)


• A pleasant and professional telephone manner (Required)


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills (Highly desired)


• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment (Required)
