• As project manager, supervised the construction of a 15,000 square foot facility and relocated the corporation from a 4,000 square foot building to a new state of the art facility.
• Identified employee fraud by accurately evaluating daily cash receipts/closing reports which resulted in approximately $10,000 savings for company.
• As Chief Financial Officer, saved the company over $250,000 in purchasing medical supplies, lab costs and claim processing expenses by changing vendors and negotiating new contracts.
