Responsibilities:
- Provide credit card customers with account information, respond to customer inquiries, proactively assess customer needs and recommend additional products and services.
- Other responsibilities include resolving or referring billing disputes, responding to fee and finance charge questions, completing account maintenance, acting on lost or stolen cards and meeting monthly product referral goals.

- The equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma (Required)
- Previous customer service experience (Desired)
- Previous call center experience (Nice to have)
- Good PC skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- A pleasant and professional telephone manner (Required)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills (Highly desired)
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment (Required)
